Breon is a UC graduate who earned his mortgage license during his senior year on campus. He has spent 12 years in mortgage lending in Greater Cincinnati and founded UMortgage Cincinnati (UMCincy) to run a small team where clients reach the person making decisions on their loan.

His day-to-day covers first homes, move-up purchases and the files other lenders pass on: FHA, VA, rate buydowns, self-employed income, and investor loans including DSCR. He also owns investment property, so the rental math clients bring him is math he runs on his own deals.

Taylor runs processing on your file: documents and income review up front, a pre-approval letter your agent can lean on, then appraisal, title and conditions through the clear to close. Six-plus years across marketing, processing and loan operations. He is Breon's younger brother, and the taller one.
