Bearcat Mortgage credit
Bearcat Mortgage is a UMCincy program.
- Flat $1,500 credit applied at closing toward eligible closing costs on a UMCincy loan.
- UC connection is confirmed at application. One credit per loan.
- The credit is not a rate discount, not down payment assistance and cannot be taken as cash.
- All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting and property eligibility. Program terms may change or end without notice.
