UMortgage Cincinnati is the Preferred and Exclusive Mortgage Lender for University of Cincinnati Football and Baseball through the 2029–30 season. Bearcat Mortgage is how we bring that partnership home, with a $1,500 closing cost credit for the UC community.

Why this partnership exists
It started on campus
Breon Price got his mortgage license during his senior year at UC. He has spent the twelve years since helping Cincinnati families buy homes, and most of them said the same thing at the first meeting: nobody ever explained how this works.
The partnership with UC Football and Baseball is how we fix that for the community that started it. It puts a local lending team in front of Bearcats fans, alumni and employees all season long, and it pays for the part we care about most: plain-English homebuyer education that doesn't require you to be ready to apply.
It also runs the other direction. Through the UMCincy Athlete Program, UC student-athletes get hands-on experience in finance and real estate with our team.
